Shipping Policy
All order are handled and shipped out from me. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process order between Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, please note that we don't ship on weekends.
We ship by USPS, FEDEX or UPS
- Domestic regular mail 5 -7 days
- Domestic priority mail 2-4 days
- International regular mail 21 days
- International priority mail 10-15 days
Silva Creations LLC is not responsible for damaged, lost, stolen, or late delivery of items caused during shipping. Please contact your local USPS for any issues with your delivery. When we make the shipping label we are given a delivery date.
